Jammu, Feb 11, 2026: In a major crackdown against illegal and immoral activities, Jammu Police (South Zone) conducted a raid at Shine Spa Centre located in Narwal under the jurisdiction of Police Post Narwal, Sub-Division East, South Zone, Jammu.
The action was initiated following credible inputs that some foreign nationals were allegedly residing at the spa centre without valid travel or residential documents. Acting swiftly on the information, a well-planned and coordinated raid was carried out by In-Charge Police Post Narwal, PSI Susheel, along with his team.
During the operation, the police conducted a thorough search of the premises. Documents and registers maintained by the establishment were scrutinized in detail. Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) and other incriminating materials were seized from the spot for further forensic and legal examination. Several individuals present at the spa centre were detained for questioning as part of the ongoing investigation.
The operation was conducted under the close supervision of SHO Police Station Bahu Fort, SDPO East, and SP City South, with overall supervision of the SSP Jammu.
In this connection, FIR No. 44/2026 has been registered under Sections 21 and 24 of the Immigration Act/Foreigners Act at the concerned police station. Further investigation is underway to ascertain whether any larger network or organized illegal activity is involved.
Jammu Police reiterated its firm commitment to maintaining law and order and ensuring a safe and lawful environment for all citizens. The swift action taken by the police has been widely appreciated by members of the public.
