IPS Officer hailing from J&K, Rakesh Balwal has been promoted to Super Time Scale of Deputy Inspector General of Police in Manipur.
As per details with Cross Town News , Governor of Manipur appointed three 2012 batch IPS Officers including Rakesh Balwal in Super Time Scale of IPS.
Balwal , is 2012 batch IPS , who has also remained SSP Srinagar , during deputation to Jammu and Kashmir.
