Deputy Commissioner Poonch Ashok Kumar Sharma chaired a review meeting on coverage and awareness activities under the Culture Component of Mission YUVA (Udyam Jagriti 4.0).
The meeting was attended by senior district officers, principals of colleges and ITIs, representatives from GPC Sathra, and officials from NRLM and Block Programme Management units.
The DC emphasized maximum outreach and participation, directing Block Programme Managers to prepare detailed awareness schedules for Self Help Group (SHG) members and ensure their registration on the Mission YUVA portal.
ITIs were instructed to conduct intensive awareness drives to ensure maximum trainee coverage within four to five days, while college principals were asked to achieve full student coverage after admissions.
The District Nodal Officer NRLM was directed to increase SHG participation and coordinate awareness campaigns to boost applications and registrations under the scheme.
