Jammu Feb 8, 2026: State General Secretary Anas Mujtaba Munshi on Tuesday held an important meeting at the PCC Headquarters, Kashmir, with Indian Youth Congress (IYC) National In-Charge Manish Sharma and IYC National President Uday Bhanu Chib.
During the meeting, detailed deliberations were held on strengthening the organizational structure of the Indian Youth Congress in Jammu and Kashmir. The leaders emphasized the need to empower youth, expand the organizational base, and ensure greater participation of young voices in the political and democratic process of the region.
Anas Mujtaba Munshi reiterated the Youth Congress’ commitment to working at the grassroots level, stating that the organization would focus on becoming stronger, more united, and more effective across Jammu and Kashmir. He highlighted the importance of addressing youth-centric issues and mobilising young leadership at all levels.
The IYC national leadership assured full support to reinforce the Youth Congress structure in Jammu and Kashmir, and expressed readiness to address the aspirations, concerns, and challenges faced by the youth of the region.
The meeting concluded with a shared resolve to intensify organizational activities, strengthen coordination, and further consolidate the Indian Youth Congress in Jammu and Kashmir.
