Jammu, Nov 16:
The MA Stadium witnessed a spectacular turnout as the 3rd Jammu Midnight Marathon attracted over 600 runners across four major race categories. The event was organised by Real Time Sports in collaboration with the J&K Sports Council with ssupport from main sponsors J&K Bank, Monalisa and Coros.
The event was flagged off by Sports Minister Mr. Satish Sharma and Advisor to the Chief Minister, Sh. Nasir Aslam Wani, in the presence of Ms. Nuzhat Gul, Secretary, J&K Sports Council. The dignitaries applauded the growing enthusiasm for distance running and praised the organisers for promoting a culture of fitness in the region.
The organisers thanked all runners, volunteers, medical teams, hydration partners and security personnel for ensuring a seamless and safe event throughout the night. With impressive performances and overwhelming participation, the 3rd Jammu Midnight Marathon further strengthened Jammu’s reputation as an emerging hub for distance running.
Real Time Sports announced that preparations for an even larger and more vibrant 2026 edition are already underway.
