JAMMU, Mar 20: The Wushu Association of Jammu and Kashmir will organise the 19th J&K UT Wushu Championship at the Indoor Hall, Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu, from March 27 to 30 in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council.
The weigh-in and registration of players will take place on March 27 at the Wushu Hall, MA Stadium, Jammu. The opening ceremony is scheduled for March 28, while the closing ceremony will be held on March 30 at Bhagwati Nagar.
Participants from around 20 districts across the Union Territory are expected to take part in the championship.
On the occasion, the association will also felicitate international medallists and awardees for their achievements and contributions to the sport. (Agency)
