Investigators are also examining the financial links associated with the network. The recovery of a substantial amount of cash is being treated as part of the probe into the alleged proceeds generated through the illegal drug trade.

Police are expected to investigate the source of the tablets, their intended destination and the individuals allegedly involved in transporting and distributing the substances. The probe may also establish links with suppliers and other members of the wider network.

Authorities have reiterated their focus on dismantling drug-trafficking networks and tracing the financial channels connected with illegal narcotics activity. Further details regarding arrests, the exact nature of the seized tablets and additional recoveries are expected as the investigation progresses.
