The decision to initiate these meetings was made during a recent conference of CEOs in the capital. The primary objective was to resolve any pending issues by engaging with the relevant authorities at different levels.

An action report has been requested from all states to assess the progress, with any unresolved matters outside the current legal framework being escalated to the Election Commission for further review.
