Srinagar, May 08: A joint delegation of Nirbhay Bharat Foundation and Sarhad NGO today called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in Srinagar.

The delegation was headed by Tarun Uppal and held discussions with the Lieutenant Governor on various matters.
