Srinagar, April 6: The Meteorological Department has issued a weather advisory for Jammu and Kashmir, forecasting unsettled conditions until April 10. Partly cloudy skies with isolated light rain are expected on April 6.

Widespread cloudy weather with intermittent light to moderate rain or snow is likely on April 7-8, along with chances of thunder, hail, and strong winds. Scattered light rain or snow may occur on April 9-10.

The MeT has cautioned about possible thunderstorms, gusty winds reaching 40-50 KMPH, and flash floods, advising farmers to halt fieldwork and travellers to plan their journeys carefully.  (Agency)
