J&K Sericulture Department on Wednesday observed a two-minute silence across all its offices—including the Directorate Headquarters at Tulsi Bagh and all 20 district units of the UT—as a mark of respect and solidarity with the civilians who lost their lives in the Pahalgam terror attack.
