The Jammu and Kashmir government is working on a new media policy aimed at regulating the growing number of social media journalists in the Union Territory, the Legislative Assembly was informed on Wednesday.
The proposed policy is expected to address the rapidly expanding digital media landscape and establish clearer guidelines for individuals and platforms operating as news sources on social media.
