Banihal, Jan 24: At least four cows were killed when a cowshed collapsed due to heavy snowfall in Hollan Mohalla of Banihal town on Friday evening. The incident took place around 8 pm after the structure gave way under the weight of accumulated snow.
The cattle belonged to Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, son of Abdul Ghani Wani. Soon after the incident, local residents rushed to the spot and launched rescue efforts, successfully saving the remaining livestock trapped inside the cowshed. (Agencies)
