Marwah, April 29: A Nasha Mukht (Drug Awareness) Programme was organized at Panchayat Qaderana in the premises of Madrasa Taleem-ul-Quran Qaderana under the supervision of SDPO Marwah, with active participation from Tehsildar Marwah and ZEO Marwah.
During the programme, students and members of the local community were sensitized about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the urgent need for collective efforts to eliminate the menace from society. Speakers highlighted the crucial role of youth, parents, teachers, and community elders in building a drug-free environment.
As part of the initiative, a Nasha Mukht Awareness Rally was also conducted from Madrasa Taleem-ul-Quran Qaderana to Bungam Qaderana. Students from Madrasa Taleem-ul-Quran, Government High School Qaderana, and Aslam Academy Qaderana, along with local residents and officials from various departments, participated enthusiastically.
Around 200–250 participants joined the rally, raising slogans against drug abuse and spreading awareness among the public.
The programme concluded peacefully and successfully, achieving its objective of educating the masses, particularly the youth, about the dangers of substance abuse.
