Rana’s remarks underline the need to focus on remote, rural and underserved areas, where improved infrastructure, better public facilities and access to essential services remain important priorities.

He also stressed that development should not remain limited to major towns and cities but must extend to villages and far-flung areas so that people across the Union Territory can experience meaningful improvements in their daily lives.

The emphasis on inclusive growth reflects the broader objective of ensuring equitable development, strengthening public infrastructure and improving the quality of life for people throughout Jammu and Kashmir.
