New Delhi, Jun 22: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer key for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026, with the results expected to be announced shortly on the official website.
The CUET UG 2026 examinations were conducted between May 11 and May 31, and June 6 to 7, across 321 examination cities nationwide. The provisional answer key, along with candidates’ recorded responses and question papers, was published on June 9, allowing students to raise objections before the final key was issued.
This year, 15,68,867 unique candidates registered for the examination, which included 37 subjects—13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, and the General Aptitude Test (GAT).
The NTA clarified that the CUET UG 2026 results will be prepared based on the final answer key. While the agency is responsible for conducting the examination, releasing answer keys, and publishing scorecards, the final merit lists for undergraduate admissions will be prepared separately by participating universities and institutions.
Candidates will be able to use their CUET UG 2026 scorecards for admissions to the 2026–27 academic session once the results are declared.
