Srinagar, May 08: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has expressed profound grief over the tragic drowning incident in Hajin area of Bandipora district, where three young boys lost their lives on Friday.
The incident occurred in Chandergeer Hajin, where the three youths reportedly drowned in the River Jhelum at Check Chandergeer area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
The Chief Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls. He also extended solidarity with the grieving families and prayed for strength and courage to help them bear the irreparable loss during this difficult time.
Authorities are expected to carry out further necessary procedures in connection with the incident.
