Cape Canaveral, Apr 04: Astronauts aboard Artemis II have captured stunning views of Earth’s vivid blue beauty as they continue their journey toward the Moon.
NASA released the crew’s first transmitted images on Friday, about one-and-a-half days into the first crewed lunar mission in more than 50 years.
The first photograph, taken by commander Reid Wiseman, shows a curved portion of Earth visible through the capsule window. Another image reveals the full globe, with vast oceans covered by swirling white cloud formations. A faint green aurora is also visible, adding to the breathtaking view, NASA said. (Agency)
