Anas Mujtaba Munshi Visits Doda, Chairs Key Youth Congress Organisational Meeting

Doda, January 18, 2026: State General Secretary and Youth Congress Incharge for Doda, Anas Mujtaba Munshi, today visited Doda town and chaired an important organisational meeting with Youth Congress activists and senior leaders of the District Congress Committee (DCC).

The meeting focused on strengthening the Youth Congress at the grassroots level and enhancing coordination between youth workers and senior leadership to further consolidate the Indian National Congress organisation in District Doda.

Addressing the gathering, Anas Mujtaba Munshi highlighted the pivotal role of youth in carrying forward the vision, values and ideology of the Indian National Congress. He urged young workers to actively engage with public issues, stand firmly with the people and work in close coordination with senior leaders to build a strong, disciplined and people-centric organisation in the district.

The meeting was attended by several senior and prominent Congress leaders, including Ex-MLA Ashok Bhagat, senior party leader Urfi Majid Wani, District Congress Committee President Doda Javed Lone, Javed Malik, Mudasir Banday, Shivam Sharma of NSUI, Suraj Parkash, along with many other Congress leaders and workers.

Senior leaders present on the occasion lauded the enthusiasm, commitment and energy of the Youth Congress cadre and assured their full support in guiding and empowering young workers. They emphasized that a strong, active and well-organised Youth Congress would play a decisive role in further strengthening the Congress party in District Doda.

During the interaction, Anas Mujtaba Munshi patiently listened to the grievances and suggestions of all participants one by one. The detailed deliberations and discussions continued for nearly five hours, reflecting the seriousness and importance of the organisational exercise.

The meeting concluded with a collective resolve to intensify grassroots outreach, strengthen organisational structures and enhance public engagement across District Doda in the coming days.
