Jammu/Kishtwar May 15, 2026: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kokernag, Syed Yasir Qadri (JKAS), has issued an advisory regarding the opening of the Margan Top road for vehicular traffic movement from both sides.
According to the advisory, Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) and Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) shall be allowed to ply from both directions on the Anantnag –Warwan road via Margan Top from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily or till further orders.
The administration has advised commuters and drivers to strictly follow traffic regulations and cooperate with the authorities to ensure smooth and safe movement along the route.
The advisory further directs the Station House Officer (SHO) Larnoo to ensure strict compliance of the order and regulate traffic movement effectively.
Authorities have warned that any violation of the directions shall attract action under relevant provisions of law.
