Train Operations to Remain Affected Till July 1 Due to Work at Mukerian Station

Several trains diverted and stoppages cancelled as railway development work continues in Jammu Division

Train operations will remain affected from June 23 to July 1 due to ongoing development work at Mukerian Station in the Jammu Division.

Due to continuous maintenance work spanning nine days, Train Nos. 19224 and 19223 will be diverted via the Gurdaspur–Amritsar–Beas route from June 25 to July 1. These trains will not halt at Mukerian, Pathankot Cantt, and other stations along the original route.

Railway authorities have also confirmed that stoppages of multiple trains at Mukerian Station have been temporarily cancelled. These include train numbers 74901, 74902, 74903, 74904, 14609, 14610, 16031, 16032, 11077, 16318, 11078, 13151, 13152, 12237, 12238, 12919, 12920, 54621, 54622, 20433, 20434, 14661, and 14662.

Officials stated that a total of 23 trains will not stop at Mukerian during the maintenance period. Passengers have been advised to check updated schedules and route information before starting their journey to avoid inconvenience.
