Jammu, Feb 9: Security forces are continuing search-and-cordon operations in the Chatroo area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district under Operation Trashi-I, which has been underway for over 20 days.

Troops of the 7 Assam Rifles are carrying out intensive searches deep inside forested areas to trace terrorists believed to be hiding in the region.

Operation Trashi-I was launched by security forces to hunt down the terrorists and ensure the area is cleared, officials said. (Agencies)
