Health and Education Minister Sakina Itoo on Saturday met Punjab Governor and UT Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria to address concerns of J&K students, business community, and residents in the wake of the Pahalgam terror attack.
In a post on X, the Information & PR Department of J&K stated, “J&K Cabinet Minister Sakina Itoo met Governor of Punjab and Administrator of UT of Chandigarh, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, to discuss issues faced by J&K students, businesspeople, and others following the Pahalgam attack. DGs of Punjab and Chandigarh Police were also present.”
The post added, “The Minister urged both DGPs to take swift measures to ensure the safety and security of J&K students and residents currently living in Punjab and Chandigarh.”
