The delegations apprised the MP of various public grievances and developmental concerns pertaining to their respective areas, including issues related to infrastructure, road connectivity, healthcare facilities, employment opportunities, and other civic amenities. Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo patiently heard the concerns and assured the delegations that all genuine issues would be taken up vigorously with the concerned departments and authorities for their redressal on a priority basis.

Emphasising the National Conference’s ideology of direct public outreach, participatory democracy, and transparent governance, Kichloo said that meaningful development is only possible when people’s voices—especially from remote and far-flung regions—are actively heard and reflected in governance and policy decisions. He reaffirmed that the NC remains committed to ensuring balanced and equitable development across all regions.

The interaction once again highlighted his belief in continuous engagement with the masses, which he described as a cornerstone of the National Conference’s political agenda and its legacy of standing with the people in every situation.

He was accompanied by Shahan Sajjad Kichloo, son of MP Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo and Social Media Analyst of the National Conference, who also interacted with the visiting delegations. Shahan Kichloo echoed the party’s collective resolve to work in close coordination with the people and ensure that public issues are effectively highlighted and addressed through appropriate platforms.

The visiting delegations expressed satisfaction over the leadership’s accessibility and attentive hearing, and conveyed confidence that their concerns would receive due consideration, further strengthening the bond between the National Conference leadership and the grassroots.
