Jammu, March 13, 2026: Leader of Opposition and MLA from Padder–Nagseni, Sunil Sharma, held a meeting in the chamber of the Deputy Chief Minister to discuss the upgradation and construction of roads under PMGSY-IV in the Padder–Nagseni constituency.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on improving road connectivity in remote and far-flung areas to ensure better transportation, accessibility, and balanced development for the people of the region. The proposed projects aim to strengthen infrastructure and facilitate easier movement for residents living in mountainous and isolated areas.
Several important link roads were discussed for inclusion and development under the scheme, including:
1. Link Road – PMGSY Road to Ludder
2. Link Road – GREF Road to Dhundi
3. Link Road – Atholi–Palali Road (KM 16th) to Hakoo
4. Link Road – GREF Road to Layee
5. Link Road – Gulabgarh–Ligri Road to Kohal upto Charwas
6. Link Road – CVPP Bridge Point Galhar to Chicha
7. Link Road – KP Road (KM 12th) to Siribhata via Dhobipora
8. Link Road – KP Road to Piyass
9. Link Road – PMGSY Road to Dandna
10. Link Road – KP Road Dool to Nagool
11. Link Road – KM 3rd R&B Road to Mirul
12. Link Road – KM 11th Machail Road to Shigani via Kukandrawn
These projects are expected to play a crucial role in strengthening road connectivity and accelerating development across the Padder–Nagseni constituency. Sunil Sharma reiterated his commitment to continue working for better infrastructure and the welfare of the people of the constituency.
