Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered a major reshuffle involving 116 engineers, with officers transferred and posted at various locations across the Union Territory.
The orders, issued in the interest of administration, include transfers, fresh postings and assignment of additional charges to several engineers. The concerned officers have been directed to assume their new responsibilities with immediate effect.
The move comes amid a series of administrative changes across various departments in Jammu and Kashmir. Details of the individual postings and additional charges have been specified in the government orders.
