India has got its first ever AI school and it is in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram. In a major development, the Santhigiri Vidyabhavan was inaugurated by former President Ram Nath Kovind on last week.
As per media reports, the AI school is an outcome of a collaboration between iLearning Engines (ILE) USA and Vedhik eSchool. It’s like a new era of education starting now. The people working on this project are experts like former Chief Secretaries, DGPs, and Vice Chancellors.
Vedhike School speaks out that this new way of learning, powered by artificial intelligence, is going to furnish a really good education. It follows worldwide standards so that learning becomes more fascinating and isn’t just during regular school hours. The stuff you learn also matches up with the National School Accreditation Standards, which are based on the New National Education Policy (NEP 2020), promising that you’ll do better in your studies.
The school aims to provide students with a technologically-driven educational experience, offering resources, tools, and recommendations that go beyond traditional teaching methods. It’s an imaginative approach to education that leverages AI to improve learning outcomes and prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly growing world.
—At first, the AI school will be for students in grades 8 to 12. They will get lots of helpful stuff like consent from multiple teachers, various levels of tests, aptitude tests, counselling, planning for careers, and tricks for remembering things better.
— The system doesn’t only help with regular subjects. It also teaches things like how to do well in interviews, talk in groups, be good at maths, write better, and have good manners. It even helps with English and your feelings.
—The school isn’t only for normal school stuff. It also prepares students for big exams like JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT, GMAT, and IELTS.
—One really good thing about the school is that it helps students plan for their future. It guides students to get scholarships in famous foreign universities, so they can study abroad.
