POONCH: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Ashok Kumar Sharma (JKAS) reviewed several cases regarding Change of Land Use (CLU) in a meeting.
During the meeting, the DC assessed the performance of the concerned departments in processing CLU cases.
A total of 18 cases were discussed, of which 02 cases were approved by the committee, 5 cases were rejected and the rest deferred for the next meeting.
Emphasizing the importance of timely NOC issuance, DC instructed members to ensure thorough verification of documents.
He reiterated the need for strict adherence to established guidelines and policies while processing CLU applications, aiming to streamline the approval process for future applications.
