Army Vehicle Hit by Boulder in Ladakh, Rescue Operations in Progress

An Army vehicle was struck by a falling boulder in the Ladakh region on Wednesday morning, the Army said, adding that rescue operations are currently underway.

In a post on X, the Army’s Fire and Fury Corps stated that around 11:30 am, a boulder dislodged from a cliff and hit one of the vehicles in a military convoy moving through Ladakh.

It stated that rescue and recovery operations were underway, and further details would be shared as they become available.
