Minor Administrative Reshuffle in J&K: 14 IAS, JKAS Officers Transferred
In a minor administrative reshuffle, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of 10 IAS and 4 JKAS officers.
According to the official order:

Naveen S L, Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, has been appointed Secretary to the Government, Civil Aviation Department. He will also hold the additional charge of Commissioner, Civil Aviation, replacing Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary.

Avny Lavasa, who recently rejoined service in J&K after her study leave, has been posted as Secretary to the Government, Transport Department.

Anshul Garg, CEO of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, has been appointed as the new Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.

Vikas Kundal, Deputy Commissioner of Poonch, will now serve as Chairman of the J&K Services Selection Board.

Gurpal Singh, Director, Social Welfare Department, Jammu, has been appointed Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited.

Sachin Kumar Vaishya, Deputy Commissioner of Jammu, has been posted as CEO, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.

Anil Banka has been appointed Special Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.

Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara.

Dr. Rakesh Minhas, Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, will now serve as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.

Ayushi Sudan, Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, has been transferred to Samba as Deputy Commissioner.

Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, has been relieved of his duties and will await further posting orders from the General Administration Department.
