NEW DELHI, Jan 19: Union Home Minister Amit Shah met Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in the national capital on Monday to discuss key issues concerning the Union territory.
According to the Chief Minister’s Office, the meeting focused on various matters related to Jammu and Kashmir. The leaders are understood to have discussed recent attacks on J&K residents, particularly traders and students, the upcoming Budget, and the condition of prisoners from the UT lodged in jails across other states.
