Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday announced that the number of pilgrims undertaking the Holy Amarnath Yatra has crossed the 4 lakh mark.

In a post on X, the Office of the LG said, “Baba Amarnath makes the impossible, possible. With his blessings, the Holy Yatra has today crossed the figure of 4 lakh. I bow to Lord Shiva for this miracle and express my gratitude to everyone involved in making this pilgrimage a truly divine experience for devotees.”

Highlighting the national and global participation, the post added, “The record number of darshans and the arrival of devotees from across the country and around the world is a testament to India’s unity and its determination to overcome challenges. I am truly thankful to all the devotees, whose immense faith has further enriched our spiritual heritage.”

Calling the pilgrimage an unmatched spiritual journey, he said, “This godly expedition is unique—not only because of its challenging terrain but because it is a journey into pure bliss.
