A young woman died after receiving an electric shock at her residence in the Ajas area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday.
Officials told the news agency that the deceased has been identified as Jahara Begum, wife of Tariq Ahmad Rather, a resident of Ajas.
Officials said that cognizance of the incident has been taken and a formal investigation has been initiated. (Media report)
