Unidentified Terrorist Killed in Ongoing Encounter in Kishtwar’s Chatroo Forest
KISHTWAR, APRIL 11: An unidentified terrorist was killed on Friday during an ongoing encounter in the Chatroo Forest area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district.
A senior police officer confirmed the killing, stating that the operation is still underway. “It’s a dense forest area, so the operation may take more time,” he said.
The encounter began on April 9, after security forces observed suspicious movement in the Chatroo forests, leading to an exchange of fire with the terrorists.
Security forces continue combing operations in the area to ensure no further threats remain.
