RAJOURI: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, has placed three Block Development Officers (BDOs) under suspension over poor performance and failure to implement the Aadi Karamyogi Abhiyan in their respective jurisdictions.
According to an official order, BDO Budhal Old/Rajnagar, Khadam Shah; BDO Kalakote, Kuldeep Raj; and BDO Doongi, Dutta Ram have been suspended with immediate effect, pending a detailed inquiry.
The suspension follows a review of the implementation of the government’s Aadi Karamyogi Abhiyan, during which the officers were found to have shown unsatisfactory performance and lapses in execution of key developmental initiatives.
The order further states that the Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Rajouri has been appointed as the inquiry officer and directed to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the matter. The ADDC has been asked to submit a detailed report to the Deputy Commissioner within seven days.
