South Kashmir: Gunfight rages in Kulgam
Kulgam, Jul 27 : An encounter broke out between forces and militants in Brayihard Kathpora village of Yaripora in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Wednesday, police said.
According to the news agency KNO, police in a tweet informed that the gunfight has started in Brayihard Kathpora area today, saying that the police and security forces are on the job.
“#Encounter has started at Brayihard Kathpora area of #Kulgam. Police and Army on the job. Further details shall follow,” Kashmir Zone Police tweeted.
