Doda: SIA Attaches Over 1 Kanal Land of Hizbul Mujahideen Terrorist
The State Investigation Agency (SIA) on Thursday attached an immovable property of a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist in Behota village of Doda district.
According to a statement issued to Kashmir News Observer (KNO), terrorist Zahid Hussain, son of Abdul Karim Wani of Behota village, is wanted in FIR No. 03/2022 registered at Police Station JIC Jammu.
The attachment was carried out following a court order, with proceedings conducted in the presence of revenue authorities and independent witnesses.
The land, measuring 1 kanal and 16¼ marlas, was identified as the ancestral property share of the accused.
“A notice board declaring attachment under Section 83 Cr.PC was formally installed at the location. The entire process was duly photographed, recorded, and documented as per mandatory legal procedure,” the statement read. (Agencies)
