Senior Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) leader Ghulam Nabi Shaheen passed away today.
Confirming the news on X, Salman Sagar wrote, “With a heavy heart and deep sorrow, I share the news of the passing of Jenab Ghulam Nabi Shaheen—my beloved uncle, senior @JKNC_ leader, former MLC, and former Provincial President @JKNC_ #Kashmir. He was also the father of state spokesperson @SaraHayatShah.”
He added that the family is currently at the hospital and the timing of the “Nimaz-e-Janaza” is yet to be decided. “Will share further updates shortly,” he wrote.
