Actor-model Rakhi Sawant has once again expressed her wish to get married, and this time, her potential suitor is from Pakistan. The marriage might even take place in the neighbouring country. Rakhi was previously married to businessman Adil Khan Durrani, from whom she divorced in 2023.
During an interaction with Rakhi said, “I have been getting many proposals. When I visited Pakistan, they saw how I was harassed in my previous marriages. I will definitely select one prospect.”
The Main Hoon Na actor said marriages between Indians and Pakistanis “promote peace and understanding between the two countries.”
The 46-year-old actor added, “Indians and Pakistanis canât do without each other. I love Pakistani people, and I have many fans there.”
Sharing details about her potential suitor, Dodi Khan, whom Rakhi says is both an actor and a police officer, she continued, “Shaadi Pakistan me hogi with Islamic rituals (The marriage will take place in Pakistan with Islamic rituals). Reception will be in India, and weâll go to Switzerland or the Netherlands for our honeymoon. We will settle in Dubai.”
She also shared a video where Dodi Khan is seen asking her if she wishes to get married in India or Dubai.
Rakhi was first married to Ritesh Raj Singh, with whom she participated in Bigg Boss 15. However, their marriage ended with the show in February 2022. Later, she married businessman Adil Khan Durrani, but that marriage also ended in divorce, with Rakhi levelling charges of extramarital affairs against him.
Rakhi Sawant, whose real name is Neeru Bheda, was born on November 25, 1978, in Mumbai. She is known for her Bollywood dance numbers and appearances on reality shows like Bigg Boss and Nach Baliye.
