Srinagar, November 29: Bhartiya Janta Party Senior leader Javid Qureshi, has warmly welcomed the appointment of Atal Dulloo as the new Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
In a statement Qureshi said that “Atal Dulloo’s has wealth of experience and strategic vision that will be instrumental in fostering Naya Jammu Kashmir.
