The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has upended family life around the world. School closures, working remote, physical distancing — it’s a lot to navigate for anyone, but especially for parents. We teamed up with the Parenting for Lifelong Health initiative to bring parents and caregivers a set of handy tips to help manage this new (temporary) normal.
Many parents, will do anything for their kids; except let them be themselves~ isn’t it ?During this lockdown our little humans are with us 24×7, quite normal that we tend to finish our office work, manage their routine& household chores.🙌🏻definitely a
challenge but in all this how often we take them granted 🤷🏻♀️Unintentionally though we interrupt their playtime, their own pretend pay sessions just to feed them or rather do something different like distracting them with alternate activities just
cos you wish to teach them colouring, showing some new things/toy/play activity 💭 SIMPLIFY YOUR THOUGHTS We as individuals need to understand that they too have their own zones where they are growing their thought process, imagination, observation &
doing self development 💡SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT scribbling on their slates, standing in balcony to observe the outdoor elements, or any painting inside the house and so on…can really engross them😌OBSERVE BUT NOT OBSESSMake peace with their space, don’t
be a control freak individual who wants to monitor them. Keep them observed for safety reasons🧠 YOUNG BRAINShis stage is critical for the young mind to hone&develop for our future humans.Treat them as you want yourself be treated while doing as you
will, and for all the ❤️ you hold as parent, let them BE 😌❤️
