Bollywood actor Gulshan Grover, widely known for his iconic villainous roles, recently visited Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi’s home for a casual lunch and chat as part of their vlog. During the conversation, he revealed how women used to be afraid to approach him due to the negative characters he portrayed on screen.
When Parmeet asked Gulshan if women used to avoid him because of his on-screen persona, the actor agreed and said,
“Jab tak social media nahi aaya tha, koi ladki pass nahi aati thi because they thought the personality they saw on screen was actually mine.”
He further shared,
“When social media came in, I once entered a party and hugged Archana. Another actress saw it and was shocked — she couldn’t believe it. She said, ‘In the film they were enemies, and here they’re hugging? What nonsense is this!’ But gradually, people began to understand that I was simply playing a role on screen.”
