A high school in Poonch’s Surankote area was struck by a flash flood during the intervening night of August 11 and 12.
Officials said the strong floodwaters hit High School Sanai, sweeping away a 200-foot-long shed adjacent to the building and a sports room containing records and sports equipment.
Fortunately, no loss of life or injuries was reported.
Police have reached the site to assess the extent of the damage. (Agencies)
