BJP Kishtwar Organises ‘Atal Smriti Sammelan’ to Honour Former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee

Kishtwar December 30: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kishtwar organised an “Atal Smriti Sammelan” at Dak Bungalow, Kishtwar to honour the legacy, vision and invaluable contribution of former Prime Minister of India, Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

The programme was presided over by BJP District President Ravi Parihar, who paid rich tributes to Atal Bihari Vajpayee and highlighted his statesmanship, democratic values and commitment to inclusive development.

State Executive Members Akshay Sharma, Brij Mohan Sharma and Raj Badyal were present on the occasion. Others who attended the programme included District General Secretary Gulab Chand, BJP Spokesperson Jitendra Sharma, DD Farooq (Mandal President), Ajeet Wazir (Minority Morcha President), Mansoor Mattoo (District Secretary), Rinku Kotwal (District General Secretary, Minority Morcha), Sameer Ganie, and BB Shan, Senior BJP Leader & BJP State Executive Member (ULB), District Kishtwar.

Speakers recalled the visionary leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, his unmatched oratory and his efforts in strengthening India’s democratic institutions. They said that his ideals continue to inspire generations and guide the party’s commitment towards nation-building.

The programme concluded with a collective resolve to follow the principles and path shown by Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee and to work tirelessly for the development and welfare of the people. (Agencies)
