Meanwhile, a delegation from Pashmeena Entrepreneurs Makers and Artisans (PEMA) Foundation, led by President Tariq Dar, also called on the LG.
The delegation briefed the Lieutenant Governor on their efforts to preserve culture, support artisans, and promote Kashmir’s Geographical Indication (GI) registered products. Discussions also covered the upcoming PEMA Foundation 2025 Artisan Award Ceremony, aimed at recognizing and rewarding master craftspeople across Jammu & Kashmir. (Sources)
