Srinagar, 01 August 2026: Leader of Opposition in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Sunil Sharma, today met the bereaved families of the victims of the Kulgam terror attack at PCR Kashmir and expressed his deepest condolences and solidarity with them.
Extending his support to the grieving families, Sharma said that their pain is the pain of the entire nation and that he stands firmly with them in this hour of immense grief and sorrow. He assured that every possible assistance and support would be extended to the affected families.
Sunil Sharma also spoke with the Deputy Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Vijay Sharma, to ensure that all necessary support and assistance is provided to the families affected by this tragic incident.
Condemning the cowardly act of terror, Sharma said that those responsible for this heinous crime will not be spared and will be brought to justice. He reiterated that such acts of violence against innocent people are unacceptable and that all efforts will be made to support the victims’ families during this difficult time.
The Leader of Opposition reaffirmed his commitment to standing with the affected families and extending every possible help and assistance to them.
