Thatri, Doda, June 5: Pradesh Youth Congress State General Secretary and District Doda Incharge, Anas Mujtaba Munshi, on Friday visited the cloudburst-affected areas of Thatri Block to assess the damage and express solidarity with the affected families.
During his visit, Munshi toured several affected locations, interacted with residents, and reviewed the losses caused by the recent cloudburst. He listened to the grievances of the affected people and assured them that their concerns would be strongly taken up with the concerned authorities for immediate relief and rehabilitation.
Expressing concern over the hardships faced by local residents, he stressed the need for prompt assistance, adequate compensation, and early restoration of essential services in the affected areas. He urged the administration to ensure that all relief measures reach the affected families without delay.
Munshi also appreciated the courage and resilience displayed by the people during this difficult time and reiterated that the Congress Party and Youth Congress stand shoulder to shoulder with the affected population.
He assured the residents that he would continue to monitor the situation closely and extend all possible support until normalcy is fully restored in the cloudburst-hit areas of Thatri.
